Comfort Hotelz as a Hotel service Provider :-
To describe in brief we Comfort Hotelz, India are into the business of marketing hotels and resorts through offering our vide network of 360* channel of online B2B & B2C Room & Package selling,Travel Agents and our existence in the blooming corporate world in and around New Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Cochin, Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat. We are also into spreading the idea of concept marketing wherein a special package focused on a particular destination or a resort is offered in mass through our various communication channels.We believe in selling an exclusive itinerary affiliated with an exclusive resort like yours to ensure maximum generation of business for the resort. We believe in not giving the guest what he requires but undertake that the guest gets the best in the vicinity of the location in which he desires to travel. Our vast experience in the area of operation helps us to provide the same to the guest and thus has resulted in getting brand loyalty from them in return.

Our modus operandi in the market is such that in a short while we have a network set up of around 200 budget category Hotels & chain of travel agents accross India as well as outside of India. Given an opportunity to work joint hands with them and our channel partners are ready to market any proposal presented by Comfort Hotels, India for a mere reason that they are aware of as we do not compromise in quality and of course the 24x7 availbility factor help them to ensure our Customer and the guest gets the best at the right place and at the right time. We have recently elaborated our area of operation and now have spread the word of our company in the area of Capital of India,Commercial Capital of India-Mumbai,M.P,Udaipur,Jodhpur, Jaipur and Gujarat. We have a network of more than 15 to 20 Online B2C channel Partners from all over world who have disclosed their willingness to work with our company.With regards to the corporate world numerous MNC's, SSI's companies are being serviced by us and through our network. Our loyalty and the excellent customer service and feedback support system has resulted in developing a huge database of frequent travelers for the FIT section of our business.
